Starting with product design and development and including everything from compliance to raw material and factory sourcing, manufacturing control, logistics, and more, we offer end-to-end services for all stakeholders in the consumer goods industry. Our offices and teams are based in all key production markets, giving us the expertise and extensive network of supply chain partners needed to meet the diverse needs of our global customers.

About the team

North Pole Stars was established in Hong Kong in 2009 as a fashion manufacturer with a multidisciplinary approach, to meet the stringent requirements of sustainable Ready-To-Wear clothing.

Our production bases are in Guangdong Province, mainland China (our strategic partner HEMP Textile is in Shandong Province). Our six garment-making factories cover all types of fabrics, such as woven, cut and sewn jerseys, and true knit yarn knitting styles. We produce various styles, including jackets, coats, dresses, skirts, pants, and shorts in each category. 

For woven and jersey items (including genuine or faux leather and fur), we have two factories located in HuMen Town, Dongguan City, and leather/PU items are handled in Guangzhou City. Each factory specializes in different items, from high-street wear to luxury items.

For true knitwear, we have three separate production lines in Guangzhou, DaLang Town, and Huizhou City, specializing in different gauges from 3 to 14, as well as hand crochet items. We have all advanced sewing and knitting (hand-knit and computer-aided knit) lines. At North Pole Stars, we attach great importance to fabric sustainability.

Our strategic partner Hemp Textile was founded in 1999 and focuses on ORGANIC COTTON, HEMP, and recycled yarn fabrics. Every new collection each season not only incorporates the latest trends but also the newest findings and innovations in low-impact manufacturing. We source the best and most environmentally friendly fibers, spin the highest quality yarns, and knit and weave fashionable and eco-friendly fabrics.

We also source fabrics from overseas imports and local open markets, providing natural yarn from silk to linen and bamboo, as well as synthetic fibers like Rayon/Polyester and Acetate, narrow-width lace trims to full-width lace fabric, to meet the needs of our buyers.

We have a powerful supporting team including dyeing/washing/printing factories, beadier and embroidery factories, etc.
