Q: Do you do fabric/ trimming sourcing or development, and your leading time?

A: Fashion industry is creatives and detail oriented, one stop service is important to all designers and brands,

    With decades of working experience in fabric and trimming sourcing, from a tiny beading pearl to a dye to match sewing thread, 

    We strive to work our a solution for any items within 4-5 days.  

Q: Do you do customer styles development, and your leading time?

A: Yes, we have our sample room and paper pattern makers, we can start a new fitting sample from a sketch with detailed measurement. 

    5-7 days is enough for most styles, beading/ embroidery/ digital print need some more extra timing depending on design detail. 

    We are a good helper from first round sample making to salesman samples till final PP samples and bulk production.  

Q: Do you always need original samples to start a new sample?  

     Is an original fabric swatches/ yarn knit swatches a must?

A: For a new item's development, after actual discussion with designers, we can start to work base on a written request, 

    However, as per our working practice, an original sample can always help a lot to avoid any confusion. 

    If possible, an sample will be good to help so that we can save timing/ cost and improve our working efficiency dramatically.   

Q: What about your order minimum., price policy and payment term. 

A: 50 pieces per style per color ( in 4 or 5 sizes ) will be fine to our production organize, sometime we can also help in some smaller quantity than this level, 

    We just hope to support in this way since we believe a long term relation can make both sides grow business together.  

    Bulk unit price will be improved accordingly when order quantity grows. 

Q: What about your shipment term. 

A: We do FOB Shenzhen mostly, and we can do any way when needed.  

Q: Your policy on defect garments return?

A: We are always responsible for any single piece what we made. 

    Any defect garments are free to return or refund within one month the garments leaves us.  

Q: Privacy term on customer designed styles.

A: North Pole Stars respect every of our clients' intellectual property rights. we are a mature ladies' wear manufacture and a manufacture of responsibility,

    We’ll never release any a single design sheet/ size spec/ style sketch even fabric detail etc to a third party.
